Telling time is one of the hardest things to master when your young. Some adults haven't even mastered the art of time. The key to understanding how time works is to teach as early as possible. No matter where you go anywhere in the entire world, time is used regardless of the language used. In fact the only difference across the globe is the time of day. Teaching your child time can be a bit overwhelming for both you and your child, so why not make it a fun game. Not only do they catch on quicker but everyone has fun while learning!!
Zingo! Time-telling is a fun way to learn to read a clock. Slide the Zinger to reveal hours and minutes like a digital clock, then look for matches on your cards that show an analog clock with hour and minute hands. As players match tiles and cards, their understanding of telling time in both analog and digital formats is strengthened. Two levels of play grow with your child – a Beginner level helps young players get familiar with the concept of time, and an Advanced level introduces older players to more complex challenges.

My daughter is completely submersed herself in the world of time. Zingo is absolutely perfect to not only help her understand time but have fun with it too. We love playing this game, so much in fact that we lose track of time play it! Once we are done playing, clean up is super easy and another fun process putting each piece in the slots. After all the pieces are back in their red container we are all set to play again or save for another day. I kid you not, my daughter just recently turned 5 years old and knows what time is!! She hasn't mastered AM and PM yet but this game has already worked wonders for her and I know it can for your learner too. Each card is designed to teach both analog and digital time so regardless of which way she knows the time! My daughter has Autism and while she struggles in many areas she is also advanced in so many too. She learns things that draw her interest very quickly and is why I knew I had to have this game. Fascinated with numbers is how it all started and I feel it's best to expand off of that interest. She not only loves this game but can't get enough. Almost everyday we play this game and she has mastered the basics very quickly. I highly recommend this game for all children of all different learning levels. Not only is this game extremely fun but will educate your child in the art of time before you know it. As they say, time flies when your having fun!
