Breakfast that pleases the entire families taste buds can be quite tricky. When it comes to my delicious and so easy monkey bread, everyone is happy. In fact there never seems to be even a crumb left! Great with your morning coffee and sweet but filling, you will be ready to start the day with a smile. A warm and easy breakfast that is sure to fill your home with delicious aroma. Simply follow the step by step instructions below and before you know it, this yummy dish will be one of your families favorites.
What you will need:
*1 1/2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
*1/4 cup of Sugar
*1/4 Brown Sugar
*1/4 Brown Sugar
*8oz. Can of Grands Butter Tasting Biscuits
*2/3 cup of Butter
*1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
1. Heat oven to 375°F. (while oven is heating) Spray pan with cooking spray and cut each separated biscuit into 6 pieces.
2. Mix together both sugars and Cinnamon in Ziploc bag or bowl.
3. Toss cut up pieces (few at a time) into bag or bowl and mix until covered.
4. Fill sprayed/buttered pan with covered pieces of biscuits.
5. In 1-quart saucepan, heat butter, left over Cinnamon and sugar (from bag or bowl),
and maple syrup stirring constantly.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until brown sugar is completely dissolved.
Spoon/pour caramel mixture over crescent pieces in muffin cups.
6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or just until the top is golden brown (like shown).
7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
8. Enjoy!
