DIRECTIONS:
* STEP 1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
* STEP 2 - Combine 1lb Ground Beef, 1/2 cup of Tomato Paste (small can), 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup of butter, 2 Packages or 1 Cup of Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, 1 Egg and 1 tsp of Onion Powder all in a large bowl and mix together.
* STEP 4 - Using your Rimmed Baking Pan with rack, take your 12 pieces of bacon and place them side by side on the rack. (line pan with foil so once grease dries later you can just toss it)
* STEP 6 - While both are baking in the oven let get those mashed potatoes ready. Remove the skin off your potatoes and cut them in half. Put in your boiling pan and run water over them until potatoes are covered. Boil for 15 minutes.
* STEP 11 - Time to build, place your meatloaf on bottom, squeeze your mashed potato icing on top and add your bacon sprinkles on top. (shown above)
*Serve with rolls, vegetables or salad.
