 Directions:   

1. Click here and create an account.  

2. Log in to the email address you used to register and click link in Prevacid®24HR 

email to verify/confirm (scroll down toward bottom left).  

Answer a few questions on email confirm page and continue.  

3. Once confirmed, sign in to the Prevacid®24HR site and agree to terms.  

4. Click next/continue and look for $5 Premium Coffee Gift Card (that is the Starbucks eGC).

    

 5. Enter UPC 30067 6286 143 and hit redeem.
