INSIDE:
Monsters are real but they're not what we'd expect. Their realm lays hidden only to be found in darkness. They watch their humans, the little ones and keep them from the dark portals leading to their world. To touch is forbidden... but not all follow the rules.
My Thoughts:
Normally I'm pretty good about knowing what is going to happen in each book I read. How it happens I don't know, so that's why I read. This novel set me back though. I really had no idea what to expect when I turned each page. Once I thought I knew what was coming, I found out I was wrong. That is a huge sign of a good novel! As for the story plot: This is a very imaginative book full of all sorts of emotions and twists and turns. I have never read a book remotely close to the story line. Indulge yourself in a magical journey with magical creatures and exciting adventures. I can't wait to learn what happens next. The novel offered not just an escape but hope, hope to all who are feeling down and don't have much to look forward to. It shows how even the impossible can happen. We may not have the same adventure as Missy is but the book offers a chance for us to dream and imagine what could possibly happen next. I really enjoyed Finding Monsters and am now hooked. I want more!!
