If you read my post before on Ozeri's Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan then you know how highly I think of Ozeri. Their products actually keep true to their claims. They are really non-stick and wonderful cooking dreams. All the pans I had tried before claimed to provide marvelous results but failed horribly. Especially leaving me worried about the finish coming off in the food I cooked. That is not safe at all and no one should have to buy a product that's all talk but doesn't deliver. Ozeri solved that problem and that's why I was thrilled to review their 10" Stainless Steel Earth Pan. 

This pan is anther miracle created by Ozeri. It cooks wonderfully and evenly, while the pan gets hot but the handle doesn't. I love how it's so shiny I can see my reflection it's my cooking eye candy. It isn't too heavy and extremely functional. It even comes with a 1 year warranty, so if for some reason pigs start flying (ha, ha) and something happens you can get it replaced. Now that's a company that backs their products. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a non-stick pan that really works! I just love Ozeri products and I will be a customer for life.
