If you read my post before on Ozeri's Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan then you know how highly I think of Ozeri. Their products actually keep true to their claims. They are really non-stick and wonderful cooking dreams. All the pans I had tried before claimed to provide marvelous results but failed horribly. Especially leaving me worried about the finish coming off in the food I cooked. That is not safe at all and no one should have to buy a product that's all talk but doesn't deliver.
